If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please send us an email by contacting us and include your order number in the email.

Please allow 2-3 working days for us to review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with an RA number along with our return shipping address. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

TERMS & CONDITIONS :

● Your claim must be lodged within 14 days of your delivery date.

We will refund any item(s) returned in original condition within 60 days from your order shipping date, provided that the item(s) have not been worn, damaged, soiled, washed, or altered. Refunds are not granted if the item is damaged in the possession of the customer.

• Customers are responsible for return postage and shipping costs ($15 -$20).
• We DO NOT offer refunds on lost or stolen items. We do offer reshipments.
• We DO NOT offer refunds on orders with tracking links that state "delivered." We do offer reshipments.
• We charge a $15 - $20 reshipment fee if there is an undeliverable address or an attempted delivery return.
• Returns that have not been dropped off or shipped within 30 days will expire.
